The first public landing page, contact address, and project messaging are now online.
Tetrodot / Project Timeline
Tetrodot is being built part-time by one volunteer, so the timeline is organized by phases rather than hard launch dates. This page will be updated as new pieces of the project land.
The first public landing page, contact address, and project messaging are now online.
Initial service planning is centered on Vaultwarden password vaults, ZNC IRC bouncer accounts, Radicale calendars and contacts, Prosody XMPP chat, and simple static site hosting. Hosting decisions, domain and DNS planning, security baseline, backup strategy, and operating notes are being worked through carefully.
Foundational systems will come online first, then initial services will be brought up one at a time with emphasis on privacy, reliability, maintainability, monitoring, and tested recovery before any broader rollout.
A small trusted group will help test real use, onboarding, service limits, support load, and recovery procedures before the project opens more widely.
Public access will begin cautiously, likely with limits or invitations, so the project can grow at a pace one part-time maintainer can operate responsibly.
The goal is steady, understandable service: routine updates, clear communication, sustainable capacity, abuse handling, and dependable backups over time.
Questions in the meantime can go to contact by email.
